This opportunity

The Account Manager is responsible to win, maintain and expand the Lebara and Vodafone brand through selling telecommunication services and products. This will be delivered through budgeted KPI's, leveraging relationships through of sites and in partnership with external distribution partners.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Creates productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.
  • Regularly visits partner premises to ensure Lebara and Vodafone services and products and the promotion of which are within the guidelines.
  • Assist with partner training and education on products/solutions and value-added selling to meet end user needs.
  • Management of accounts: planning, channel development, project management, stock forecasts, managing budgets, reporting/channel insights, local store marketing, retail analysis.

Knowledge and experience

  • Sales account related experience
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Strong planning and organisational skills
  • Sound financial and commercial acumen
  • Intermediate Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills
