The Marketing Manager - Convergence is responsible for driving the strategic roadmap that grows value from the existing customer base across mobile, fixed broadband, and converged households.
This role owns the commercial performance of core convergence growth initiatives and ensures these initiatives translate into measurable CLM outcomes through personalised, data driven lifecycle programs. The Marketing Manager leads defining, prioritising, and governing the Pega‑driven decisioning strategy that powers cross‑sell, up‑sell, and customer value growth across the base.
This role ensures CLM’s customer‑level decisions are commercially sound, insight‑driven, compliant, and aligned to broader marketing and product objectives—ultimately driving incremental growth from the existing customer base.

- Implement the CLM growth strategy for convergence, including mobile to fixed cross sell, multi SIM household expansion, MBB add ons, wearables and bundling opportunities.
- Identify lifecycle moments and behaviour triggers that signal cross sell potential, and incorporate these into automated next best action decisioning frameworks.
- Use customer segmentation, behavioural analytics, propensity indicators, household composition, and product holding patterns to inform portfolio priorities.
- Lead the development and cross-functional execution of cross-sell and up-sell initiatives with campaign operations, data analytics, legal, brand and communications teams.
Knowledge & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in data-driven marketing, customer lifecycle management with a focus on growth, cross-sell, and up-sell preferably in the telecommunications or financial industries.
- Strong background in data-driven decisioning and marketing with demonstrated record of extracting meaningful data and using insights to support decisions to improve customer experience and drive business outcomes.
- Business acumen with the ability to make sound and effective decisions based on a thorough commercial and market analysis.
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong understanding of customer behaviour, segments, retention, and sales.
- Proven project management and campaign execution able to work independently and manage multiple projects at once.
- Knowledge and experience working with marketing automation systems and platforms such as Braze or Pega.
- Operational experience that includes working with campaign operations, data analytics, business intelligence, communications, and creative teams.
- Experience working in an Agile approach and using Jira and Confluence are a plus.
