This opportunity

As the Product Development Manager for Enterprise Government and Wholesale at TPG Telecom, you’ll oversee end-to-end product development across Small Business, Enterprise, government, and Wholesale segments. Your responsibilities include managing the product life cycle, technical design, partner relationships, and readiness testing. With expertise in telecommunication products, including Mobility, SIMs, IoT, and Managed Private Networks, you’ll lead product development from concept to launch. Responsibilities

You will be responsible to manage the product development process from conception to launch, to deliver the TPG Telecom’s product across the various business segments, including:

• Defining detailed product requirements and collaborating with design and Engineering teams to create product concepts, prototypes, and solution designs
• Developing and maintaining detailed internal product documentation including service descriptions, user stories, decision making rationale, IT specifications, user guides, fact sheets, etc.
• Develop workarounds for urgent issues & raise, manage and test defects
• Collaborating with cross functional teams for prioritising product feature development and executing and delivering the products and product offers.
• Manage project budgets, deliverables, milestones, timelines and keep stakeholders updated on project’s progress, status, and project issues

Knowledge and experience

• Proven experience in product management or product development
• Strong knowledge and expertise in telco and/or technology market managing all stages of the product lifecycle
• Technical Background with knowledge of Mobile network technologies and software development
• Strong knowledge on Project management methodologies including Agile, PMP, PRINCE2, and general project management skills to keep the budgeting, tasks, and timelines in check.
• Outstanding influencing skills coupled with strong written and verbal communication
