Your opportunity:
As our Glebe Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and contractors at our TPG Glebe site. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of customer service, administration, facilities coordination, and security‑related tasks.
You’ll manage reception operations, support smooth access to the building, coordinate mail and couriers, and help maintain a safe and welcoming office environment. There may also be opportunities to support minor projects and collaborate with our Barangaroo Head Office.
You'll make impact by:
- Greet and assist all employees, contractors, and visitors to the Glebe Office
- Manage phone calls, visitor sign‑ins and the Visitor Management System
- Coordinate security access card processes, temporary access passes, and stock levels of lanyards, card holders and related items
- Maintain the reception area, meeting rooms and guest floor to high standards
- Assist with mail, couriers, onsite repairs, maintenance coordination, and consumables ordering
- Support the Facilities Manager with administrative tasks
- Participate in team meetings and provide backup reception support when required (including Barangaroo)
- Maintain accurate system records and support security audits
- Escalate any safety or security concerns promptly
What you’ll bring:
- A welcoming, reliable and polished presence
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to stay calm and organised in busy moments
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and general computer systems
- An interest in facilities operations
- Current First Aid accreditation (or willingness to obtain)
