Your opportunity:

The Project Coordinator position is responsible for supporting the Project Manager with all associated project control tools as part of the overall delivery of the project, which is supporting the Taylor roadmap of work. This will require skillsets and support with people, processes and systems, providing day-to-day support with project documentation updates, any tools to be updated or managed, reporting requirements, working with stakeholders including sales and support, tracking orders or delivery, and project governance compliance. This role may also require owning the delivery of smaller projects which may not be as heavy in governance.

As an exceptional communicator, you will work in an agile environment as part of a complex dynamic environment that can manage their time effectively between deadlines, resources & key priorities with engagement from your team and senior leaders.

You'll make impact by:

  • Providing Project support through existing methodologies and frameworks across Large & Complex Projects
  • Preparing basic Project governance reporting such as weekly status updates, end stage delivery reporting, change management requests and other required documentation for the purpose of providing key information to business sponsors and steering committee members
  • Being accountable as the primary contact and escalation point to address any risks or issues that could impact Project schedules and timelines
  • Foster quality & communication governance upon project initiation and maintain the overall scheduled deliverables in consultation with appropriate OneTech, EG&W, and other internal teams to ensure all relevant milestones are completed on time and budget
  • Supporting the Project Manager leading particular streams of work and governance 
  • Being responsible for the quality management of all artefacts and documentations across delegated projects

What you’ll bring:

  • Telecommunications industry experience highly desired
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating and supporting various projects and/or events
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Tertiary qualifications in relevant discipline (e.g. IT/Telecommunication or Business etc.)
  • Strong experience in Excel, Word, Project and other MS office applications
