Your opportunity:

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented IT Demand Coordinator / Analyst to join our dynamic IT team. The IT Demand Analyst will be a key facilitator in coordinating IT Engagement demand requests including sizing and estimation sessions for all IT demands, ensuring accurate resource planning. Additionally, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a central communications page and overseeing the meticulous upkeep of engagement, risk, and issues registers, along with implementing robust data management practices. This includes regular auditing to maintain data integrity, ensuring the reliability of information and taking prompt action on audit findings.

You'll make impact by:

Demand Management

  • Coordinating IT Engagement demands, Open doors, sizing and estimation sessions for all IT demands, working closely with project managers, technical leads, and relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and provide accurate estimates for resource needs.
  • Collaborating with Implementation Owners (IOs) to track, report, and maintain IT project milestones.
  • Ensuring clear and updated data on project milestones, engaging with project teams to gather necessary information.
  • Establishing and maintain engagement, risk, and issues registers for IT projects.
  • Working closely with Portfolio managers proactively track, document, and record mitigation of risks and issues.

Resource Management

  • Providing administrative and coordination support for roadmap sequencing and resource management.
  • Implementing and overseeing data management practices to maintain data integrity in Resource management tool
  • Conducting regular audits to ensure the accuracy and reliability of information.
  • Acting promptly on audit findings, collaborating with relevant teams to address discrepancies and enhance data quality.

Process Improvements:

  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement in demand management, coordination support, and project administration.
  • Implementing best practices to optimize the efficiency of the demand coordination process.
  • Assisting in the creation, deployment, and support of new process frameworks or company processes.

Reporting and Communications

  • Coordinating the input in IT Demand Management reports and assist in review and dissemination of information.
  • Establishing and maintain a centralized communications page to disseminate project-related information to relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensuring that the communications page is regularly updated with accurate and pertinent information.
  • Assisting with IT Demand Communications strategy
  • Managing team communication inputs – eg Drop box for Demand management requests.

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience in demand coordination, resource allocation, and administrative support within an IT environment.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong understanding of IT processes, project management methodologies, and resource management tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • Quick learner who can think logically and creatively and is able to plan, prioritise and organise activities systematically.
  • Good knowledge of Telco platform architecture and Telco product constructs
