This opportunity

As an Senior Oracle ERP Cloud E2E Solution Lead, you will be responsible for the analysis, design, and implementation of the Oracle solutions to meet the needs of our business stakeholder. You will be managing a team of techno-functional and technical consultants, ensuring that system configurations, customisations, and integrations meet high-quality standards are supported adequately and enhancements are captured, prioritised and road mapped correctly.

Responsibilities

• You will lead or develop solution design that covers E2E technical macro design of Oracle ERP Cloud suite and/or other non-Oracle support function systems (i.e. Jedox, WorkViva, Payroll systems, MS Dynamics etc) to meet business requirements. You will lead implementation, monitoring and improvement of the delivery and performance of systems, processes and services within your remit, to continuously improve organisational results.
• You will be responsible for identifying and leading improvement opportunities within the team, as well as ensuring appropriate controls are in place to manage risks, including the protection of TPG systems and information.
• You will need to develop or review both functional and technical specifications related to Oracle ERP Cloud suite and non-Oracle support function suite of systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders (including Business Owners, Architects, Security etc) to understand business requirements and translate them into system configurations and solutions within the Oracle ERP Cloud suite.
• Lead technical team to perform hands-on configuration, testing, deployment, and maintenance (L3 support) of Oracle ERP Cloud suite including HCM, SCM, PROC, FIN, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Provide expertise of customising OIC to expand SCM capabilities to manage real-time stock availability, integrating to warehouse for shipment including real-time shipment tracking capabilities.
• Provide expertise around Oracle ERP Cloud workflows, security setups, and data migrations.
• Participate in cost or effort estimation exercises for new demands which includes development effort on Oracle ERP Cloud suite or non-Oracle support function systems and costs for integrating other external systems to these systems.
• In project execution, you will need to review and validate statement of work (SOW) cost estimates for either Oracle ERP Cloud suite or non-Oracle support function systems.
• Offer post-implementation support and troubleshoot system issues, proposing solutions and best practices.
• Stay up to date with Oracle ERP Cloud suite’s releases and patches, advising on impact and enhancement opportunities. Include any opportunities to our regular planning cycles.
• Ensure all systems within this domain complies with our security and regulatory requirements.
• Co-design domain roadmap with stakeholders.

Knowledge and experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with Oracle ERP Cloud suite (HCM, SCM, PROC, FIN, Oracle Integration Cloud, OCI
• Minimum 8 years of delivery SI experience and have led couple of full lifecycle implementations.
• Strong understanding of Finance, Procurement and Supply Chain processes and data, especially as they relate to Oracle ERP Cloud suite.
• Well verse with SaaS configuration elements, reporting capabilities and integration ability within Oracle SaaS and PaaS applications.
• Understanding of how PaaS components like Oracle Integration Cloud, DBMS, VBCS, etc can be leveraged to extended/ integrated to Oracles SaaS applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to independently present to C-Suite.
• Experience in Jedox, WorkViva, will be a plus.
• Oracle Cloud certification is a plus.
