Account Managers play a pivotal role in advancing the Lebara and Vodafone brands by strategically identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing relationships, and expanding market presence through the dynamic sale of telecommunication services and products. The team focuses on the formulation, implementation, and management of strategic business plans for TPG’s customer accounts, with the goal of achieving sales targets and company revenue objectives.

- Develop and execute strategic business plans for key accounts to enhance sales performance and meet revenue objectives.
- Champion a robust sales cadence process that fosters continuous growth across the channel.
- Deliver persuasive and well-structured product and service propositions, highlighting TPG Telecom's unique value propositions.
- Propose mutually beneficial solutions that enhance sales conversion and expand revenue streams for the organization.
- Develop a deep understanding of key account challenges and opportunities, positioning TPG as a crucial partner in their present and future success.
- Strategically identify and develop new business opportunities to expand account portfolio and optimise sales performance.
- Leverage advanced data analytics to perform comprehensive market analysis, identifying trends and growth opportunities in strategic markets.
- Utilise effective interpersonal skills, adept problem-solving abilities and conviction in sales pitch to convey confidence in products and services being promoted.
- Regularly engage with key accounts through well-planned roadmaps, ensuring a strong market presence whilst nurturing positive relationships with stakeholders.
- Positively influence Vodafone and Lebara's brand image by effectively addressing and resolving customer issues and concerns, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through a focus on continuous improvement.
- Effectively market TPG telecom assets to heighten brand awareness in the market whilst enhancing brand consideration.
- Ensure adherence to company compliance standards, proactively identifying and addressing areas for improvement.
