Your opportunity:

You will partner with the consumer division to support them to deliver sustainable commercial outcomes across TPG businesses with respect to customer growth and strategically aligning the portfolio of brands and products. You will also be responsible for assisting in creating monthly reporting to review performance, rolling monthly forecasts and building budgeting models.

The role requires strong analytical, partnering and commercial management skills.

You'll make impact by:

• Delivering results to Finance and the consumer commercial operations division through effective, timely and accurate reporting and communication
• Supporting Commercial Cost Centre Owners to understand spend, trends and other forecast risks and opportunities
• Working closely with Sales and Marketing stakeholders to understand their perspectives, objectives and needs, adding value to the engagement through pro-active proposals and recommendations
• Leading the reporting and analysis for several supplementary margin products
• Driving proactive improvements in managing our cost base and cash flow by improving the profitability of our products and strategizing how best to leverage the portfolio of products and brands to maximise return.
• Undertaking analysis, produce and communicate data-driven insights on specific matters of relevance to the sales and marketing teams
• Conducting variance analysis to understand results and articulate the drivers in concise commentary
• Effective stakeholder influence and management
• Strong relationship skills to run cross-functional program
• High level numeracy, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Proactive approach to issue resolution

What you’ll bring:

• 5+ years in a similar role,
• Telco or Technology experience preferred but not essential;
• CA/CPA qualified or equivalent;
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, PowerBI or other data analytics tools) is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders.
