Bring your ‘you’ to TPG Telecom, and help us build meaningful relationships and support vibrant, connected communities. We’re better and bolder together.

TPG Telecom started with a belief that we can make things better for Australians. We believe in the power of meaningful relationships to support vibrant, connected communities where everyone belongs. It’s our why; our reason to exist. Now, we’re proud to be one of Australia’s leading mobile and internet providers. We’re not just redefining telco, we’re changing its course. And you play a role in that. A big one. The opportunities are plenty for those who are ready to accept the challenge.

Could that be you?

Your opportunity:

As the Senior Program Manager for Separation within the Enterprise, Government, and Wholesale division, you will lead the customer migration program under the broader Separation Program, ensuring a seamless and high-quality customer experience during strategic product and platform transitions. This role involves defining the migration pipeline, planning and guiding cross-functional teams, and aligning with future IT and network architecture. You’ll be responsible for delivering end-to-end, applying a commercial lens to technical initiatives, and making informed decisions independently. Reporting to the GM of Strategy, Product and Wholesale, you’ll collaborate with senior stakeholders across Legal, Commercial, Sales, IT, Networks, Operations, and Finance to shape the scope, operating model, and framework for integration, all with the goal of driving commercial growth and minimizing customer disruption.

You'll make impact by:

  • Implementing the customer migration exits and transitions as part of the Separation requirements with Vocus.
  • Facilitating and managing virtual teams to deliver the roadmap for the Customer Migration Separation program, ensuring clear end-to-end project execution that delivers best-in-class customer experience and optimised commercial outcomes.
  • Driving a streamlined, effective migration process that fosters SLT engagement and alignment across the Enterprise, Government and Wholesale division and the broader organisation.
  • Leading both direct and indirect resources, with approximately 12 people reporting directly to this role.
  • Playing a key role in ensuring understanding and implementation of the Separation strategy with Vocus.
  • Contributing to the engagement and culture of the Enterprise, Government and Wholesale group, and role-modelling appropriate leadership behaviours.
  • Identifying and leading improvement opportunities within the team, while ensuring appropriate controls are in place to manage risks, including the protection of TPG systems and information.

What you’ll bring:

  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, particularly with senior leaders including the CTO and Group Executives.
  • The ability to proactively identify and call out operational or workflow changes impacting Sales, Operations, or other teams, enabling the wider program to assess and adjust workflows.
  • End-to-end accountability for customer migrations, leading a virtual team across product, commercial, data analytics, solution architecture, and operations to deliver excellent customer experience and commercial outcomes.

What's in it for you?

  • Flexible hybrid way of working (from home and office)
  • ‘Stay Connected Mobile’ – Access to a free mobile plan
  • ‘Stay Connected NBN’ – Access to a free NBN 100 plan
  • Access to TPG Learning Hub platform and internal development opportunities
  • Access to Corporate Partner Discounts
