What’s the opportunity?
We're seeking a skilled Senior Technical Writer to join our team and elevate our documentation quality. In this role, you'll create clear, comprehensive, user-friendly documentation for our software products, collaborating closely with various teams to ensure accuracy and effectiveness
About the role:
As our Senior Technical Writer, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing our product documentation. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Creating and maintaining high-quality technical documentation
- Collaborating with software engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders
- Continuously improving documentation processes and standards
- Peer reviewing other writers' work and providing constructive feedback
- Mentoring junior writers
About you:
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Demonstrated experience writing software documentation using a docs-as-code approach
- Experience with writing API Documentation
- Knowledge of structured documentation and technical writing best practices, particularly DITA and topic-based authoring
- Hands-on experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with HTML and CSS
- Strong collaboration and communication ability
