Our Population Health Business Unit is seeking an experienced, motivated Senior Business Analyst to support our National Cancer Screening Register. The National Register plays a vital role in supporting bowel & cervical screening programs nationally, providing healthcare providers better access to quality health information and making it easier for program participants to take control of their health. 

Help us shape a connected future for healthcare by:

  • Gathering insights to firm up problems/opportunities identified
  • Leading and delivering analysis of information, modelling of data and presentation outputs to support leadership decision making
  • Working with stakeholders to elicit, document, organise and prioritise business requirements & acceptance criteria
  • Leading and delivering current and future state process model clarity and optimisation
  • Defining, initiating and managing special projects as prioritised and required
  • Facilitating alignment across Clinical, Operational & Project teams via workshops and other means, to achieve common outcomes

You will be an experienced Senior Business Analyst ideally within healthcare related fields and have worked within an Agile software development environment. You’ll naturally be an exceptional communicator with the ability to work in close collaboration with, and influence key stakeholders. We are seeking someone who can guide others and also develop key BA deliverables including Business & Functional requirements, use cases, business processes and customer journeys.
