- Monitor and manage platform health, including performance, logs, errors, configuration drift, data quality and technical debt.
- Lead and support platform upgrades and patching, including impact assessment, testing coordination and post-release validation.
- Support and manage platform integrations, including monitoring, troubleshooting and coordination with internal teams and vendors.
- Maintain operational documentation, runbooks and reporting, providing insights and recommendations to improve platform performance and reduce risk.
About you
- Australian citizenship is required.
- AGSVA Baseline or NV1 security clearance, or the ability for Sydney Water to sponsor you to obtain one.

- Experience administering ServiceNow in a production environment, including user/group/role management, configuration, troubleshooting, and platform operations (dev/test/pre-prod/prod).
- Experience providing Tier 2 ServiceNow application support across ITSM, Employee Centre, ITOM, CMDB, ITAM, and HR case management, including incident/request triage, user support, troubleshooting, and defect/problem investigation.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow security and access controls (roles, groups, user criteria, ACLs), with demonstrated ability to implement least-privilege and segregation requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently on complex ServiceNow operational and support issues, including leading technical troubleshooting, performing impact/risk assessments, and coordinating resolution across multiple teams and vendors.
- ITIL knowledge or experience (desirable).
