An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Tenancy Services Officer to join the Tenancy Team at Sydney Water. This pivotal role is responsible for coordinating tenancy and facilities functions across our diverse portfolio of sites.
About the Role
You’ll be the go-to person for specialist facilities management support, ensuring tenancy service requests are handled efficiently and professionally. Working closely with key stakeholders, you’ll help deliver successful project outcomes and manage team escalations with confidence and care.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee general administration and document control, ensuring all records are current and accessible.
- Provide leadership within the team, particularly in managing escalations.
- Deliver accurate information and support to effectively manage tenancy and facilities-related service requests.
- Uphold a high standard of customer service, aligned with business goals and team objectives.
Skills and Experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in facilities or property management across varied workplace environments.
- Proven experience in planning and/or supporting the delivery of facilities works.
- Strong judgement in handling confidential and sensitive matters.
- Skilled in managing high volumes of customer service requests and delivering clear, accurate information to stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report and procedure writing.
Essential Requirements:
- You must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident at the time of submitting your application to be considered for this role.
- A current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Hold (or be willing to obtain) a First Aid Certificate and White Card.
- Flexibility to travel across Sydney Water sites as required.
