  • Support the Facilities Management function.
  • 5 days working Parramatta and Potts Hill sites.

 

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Tenancy Support Officer to join the Tenancy team within Sydney Water.

This role coordinates the facilities and tenancy functions across Sydney Water’s sites. You will provide specialist facility management support and work to effectively manage tenancy service requests. You will work key stakeholders to ensure projects outcomes are achieved and manage any escalations in the team in an effective and timely manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee general administration and document management, keeping all relevant documentation up to date and easily accessible for the team.
  • Team leadership to manage escalations.
  • Provide accurate information and assistance to effectively manage tenancy and service requests.
  • Consistently display high customer-oriented service standards that are focused on desirable outcomes for the business and meets team objectives.

 

Experience and Qualifications:

  • 5 years’ experience in facilities / property management accommodating multiple workplace environments.
  • Experience in planning and/or assisting the planning, management and delivery of facilities works.
  • Exercise astute judgement in managing confidential and sensitive information that has the potential to impact on organisational performance and reputation.
  • Experience in high volume customer service requests and providing quality and accurate information to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills including proven ability in preparation of written communications, reports, and procedures.

 

Essential Requirements:

  • A current driver's license and own reliable vehicle.
  • Currently hold or willing to obtain a First Aid Certificate and White Card.
  • You have the flexibility to travel to various sites within the Sydney Water network as needed.

You must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident at the time of submitting your application to be considered for this role.
