About the role
As the Safety Reporting and Insights Analyst, you will be responsible to help drive continuous improvement of safety performance and the Safety Management System by collecting and analysing various data sources (from incidents, investigations, assurance activities conducted etc.) with a key focus on providing findings and insights.
This role will also be responsible for the compilation of management reporting such as monthly safety performance report, quarterly board committee report and annual report.
About You
Essential Requirements
You are a Safety Professional with demonstrated experience dealing with safety performance measures to drive continuous improvement of safety management.
You will have:
- Tertiary qualification in safety, risk or relevant discipline
- 3-5 years’ experience in Safety System, Safety Assurance, or Safety Reporting with demonstrated experience in developing and providing advice to improve on Safety, Health and Wellbeing performance.
- Demonstrated experience with supporting safety, health and wellbeing operationally.
- Good understanding of health and safety management systems and/or safety risk management systems
- Experience in working with health and safety data, key metrics, and performance criteria
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office suite (especially with Excel, Forms, SharePoint and Power BI)
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, presentation and communication skills with the ability to build constructive and effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
