We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our recruitment process. You will be responsible for ensuring we provide the best candidate experience to internal and external candidates.

You will work closely with our Talent Acquisition Partners to ensure a seamless recruitment process including:

  • Scheduling interviews and coordinating interview logistics.
  • Issuing offer contracts and facilitating the offer process.
  • Coordinating and scheduling all required pre-employment checks and assessments.
  • Supporting the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

You will be working in a supportive and collaborative team in Talent Operations within Talent, Learning, and Development at Sydney Water. You will play a key role in enhancing the brand experience through all stages of our recruitment process.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Solid experience within a fast-paced Talent acquisition Coordinator role supporting hiring teams or within a similar setting.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and proficient in writing emails, preparing candidates for interviews, and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving and analytical skills, coupled with a curious nature.
  • Intermediate skills in using Microsoft Products such as Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Certificate IV in Business Administration/HR or experience deemed equivalent.
