About the team

The Integrated Work Programs team provides operational expertise in the management of water, recycled water, wastewater and stormwater networks to deliver outcomes that meet customer, shareholder, and regulatory expectations

About the role

As a Resource Coordinator reporting to the Planning Lead, you will be responsible for field resource coordination and scheduling of people and equipment to meet resource capacity plan requirements, including case management of developer connections.

  • Coordinate workforce and plant scheduling by allocating people and major/minor plant and equipment into crews to meet capacity plan requirements.
  • Maintain accurate resource availability in the Field Mobility System (FMS) by forecasting at least three months ahead and making timely adjustments for changes, including fatigue considerations.
  • Manage scheduling exceptions and dynamic operational demands by supporting responsive, real‑time resourcing for operational work.
  • Create and manage work orders and appointments for planned activities, including disinfections and shutdowns.

 About you

We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate:

  • Experience in resource allocation in utilities, construction or a similar industry
  • Proficiency in computerised maintenance and process management systems.
  • Knowledge of network operations to deliver essential services to our customers and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in managing customer, stakeholder, and regulatory relationships.
