  • EA Level 12, 38 hour week - $132,305.78 + super

 

About the Role

This exciting role will support and assist in analysing performance of the Water Filtration Plants for both the Sydney Water and BOOT plants for the Water Supply & Production business. Responsibilities include:

  • Producing WSP plant performance reporting on a weekly and monthly basis, provide assistance for all Annual and Ad Hoc reporting
  • Perform data analysis to drive operation efficiencies and insight into WSP performance
  • Support Water Contract Manager, Contract officers and Commercial Manager as required through smart data analysis of water operation and chemical contracts
  • Manage assurance audits for WSP team
  • Support routine contract payments
  • Support Contract, and business performance audits
  • Licence compliance support
  • Support and manage WS&P quality management system.

About you

Ideally you will have Tertiary qualifications in Business, Engineering or Science, with an interest in data analysis. You have the ability to successfully use digital tools such as excel and Power BI. You have excellent stakeholder management skills and work well in a team

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience working in water/wastewater operations and water quality or similar
  • 1-2 years’ experience in QMS, data management and reporting
  • Advanced Skills in analytics, data analysis and management, water quality and process monitoring
  • Understanding of compliance, probity and audit requirements and how they relate to commercial contracts
  • Experience with complex IT system e.g. SCADA/IICATS systems, BI, Microsoft Office application and ability to use customised software package
