As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading relationship management with internal and external stakeholders to identify innovation opportunities that improve work practices across the technical applications of Developer works through clear development and maintenance of policy, process and procedures. Generally, your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead the high-level business analysis and commentary to inform business improvement initiatives and compliance.
  • Ensure the quality of engineering and technical approaches, processes, tools, guidance and advice are appropriate for their purpose.
  • Provide expert technical advice to internal and external stakeholders on development and connection processes, complex works, policies and systems.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to develop complex technical documentation and translate information into easily consumable customer and business guidance material.
  • Support transformational business projects through the provision of expert advice on business process and technical standards.
  • Provide leadership with expertise in technical and process aspects of Complex Works projects including Building Plan Approvals and facility assets.

About You

We are looking for a proactive, solutions-driven professional with:

  • A tertiary qualification in Engineering, in addition to significant industry experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and drive business improvement initiatives.
  • Extensive demonstrated experience translating highly complex technical information into plain English.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, delivery-focused approach in major infrastructure environments.
  • Advanced skills in Engineering Analysis.
