We are looking for an experienced leader to drive high-impact improvements that elevate how we manage and deliver our $2b p.a. infrastructure investment portfolio.
In this pivotal role, you will strengthen and streamline processes across the entire investment lifecycle. What you will be doing:
- Identify, initiate and execute initiatives, including strategic change management and transformation projects, associated with the key functions of the Infrastructure Investment Programs (IIP) team.
- Support the Infrastructure Portfolio by developing the right processes in the context of current business objectives and operating environment, to ensure successful portfolio management.
- Identify and assess business problem statements, build requirements and processes, enable resourcing, document management plans and work with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Lead and manage strategic initiative program governance forums, reporting on progress, actions, and key decisions.
We’re looking for:
- Demonstrated proven track record in leading change—whether through organisational transformation, strategic initiatives, or complex improvement programs.
- Extensive skills in navigating ambiguity, influencing stakeholders, and turning strategic intent into practical, successful implementation.
- Exceptional communicator who builds trust and influence through clear, engaging dialogue. You excel at fostering positive, productive relationships across all levels of the business, and you’re skilled at bringing people together to collaborate, solve problems, and deliver shared outcomes
- Proactive improvement leader who thrives on elevating ways of working. You excel at driving and coordinating continuous improvement initiatives that align investment and infrastructure planning functions with industry best practice.
