Role Overview:
The Assistant Producer is responsible for supporting the Company’s Producers, Company Manager and Casting Director across mainstage productions, touring, workshops, auditions and other activities, providing a high level of operational and administrative support and managing delegated tasks accurately and efficiently within agreed budgets and timelines.
Working at STC:
This is a fixed term part time contract.
- Based at the STC Wharf Offices, with travel to other sites as required.

What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in company management, stage management, arts administration or producing
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Solution orientated, commitment to problem-solving, and a willingness to ‘get the job done’
- Demonstrated ability to multi skill, manage workloads, schedules and multiple stakeholders whilst under pressure
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong computer skills
- Knowledge of the performing arts in Australia and internationally
