Customer Services Representative

Our client is on an exciting journey to continue their fantastic service to their customers and to make their teams across the country the best that they can be. To assist in their journey, we’re looking for standout Customer Service Delivery Representatives to join their energetic Call Centre. This role will see you speaking to customers and assisting them with various enquiries.   

The role is situated in Penrose and working on a rostered 8 hour basis between the hours of Monday – Friday 7.30 am – 5.30 pm with some weekend rosters.

Who are we looking for? 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills  
  • Natural ability to be empathetic and an engaged listener  
  • Proven to learn and be engaged in previous roles 
  • Prior customer related experience – you like speaking with people! 
  • Ability to start as soon as possible with an opportunity to start before Christmas
