We are looking for a Blue Collar Recruitment Coordinator to join our SIMPEC Human Resources Team.
With a demonstrated background working in high volume recruitment and a deadline-driven environment, you will have strong attention to detail, exceptional time management skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management.
What will you do?
Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
Maintaining accurate recruitment records and ensuring recruitment progression is tracked via the database.
Foster and maintain a work environment which promotes safety in all that we do while also providing outstanding service.
SIMPEC Require the successful incumbent to have:
Coordinate timely recruitment process requirements.
Background in large volume recruitment within the construction industry.
Facilitate project mobilisation tasks.
Complete candidate sourcing activities.
Exceptional attention to detail and be willing to set the standard in the team.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Ability to work autonomously.
