As a Human Resources Business Partner in the Facilities Management division of the Community Services Business Unit, you will design and deliver expert, business-focused HR strategies and solutions. You’ll partner with managers across our national workforce, ensuring we maintain a safe, diverse, and engaged workplace. This is a generalist HR  role  encompassing change management, employee engagement, employee and industrial relations, and more.

As a Human Resources Business Partner in the People & Capability team, you’ll make a positive impact by:

• Building credibility and influencing leaders to deliver contemporary HR leadership.
• Providing consultancy services to identify customer needs and build manager capability.
• Delivering high-level HR services across performance management, talent management, and more.
• Facilitating organisational design, workforce planning, and change management.
• Utilising HR metrics and operating rhythms to drive execution.
• Leading HR Connect projects and participating in site-wide initiatives.

To be successful in this role, you’ll have:

• Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Extensive experience in general HR or HR business partnering.
• Proven ability to influence, coach, and negotiate at all levels.
• High proficiency in HR practices including recruitment, performance management, and change management.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of awards interpretation and union dealings is desirable.
