Make an impact at Serco
As a Parking Officer at Fiona Stanley Hospital, you’ll play a crucial role in managing the flow of vehicles, maintaining parking equipment, and providing excellent customer service. You’ll work as part of the Vehicle and Traffic Management Service (VTMS) team to ensure a smooth parking experience while maintaining a highly visible and professional presence.
As a Parking Officer, you’ll make a positive impact by:
- Educating hospital users about parking rules and regulations
- Patrolling the hospital site to monitor parking violations
- Issuing parking infringements and managing enforcement procedures
- Performing maintenance and replenishment of parking machines
- Assisting the public with parking queries and concerns
- Reporting and addressing hazards, faulty equipment, and signage issues
