About the Opportunity

The Administrative Assistant role is responsible for providing administrative support to the contract, including managing staff onboarding and offboarding requirements.

This is a fixed term opportunity with a hybrid working model!

 

What you’ll be doing 

  • Manage staff onboarding and offboarding requirements.
  • Point of contact for new hires pre-deployment, assisting to ensure additional onboarding activities and training obligations are met prior to commencement.
  • Maintain staffing lists.
  • Manage asset tracking for contract.
  • Payroll validation and support where required.
  • Support reward and recognition initiatives and staff engagement activities
  • Additional administrative duties as required by the contract.

About you - your ideal skills & experience 

  • Experience providing administrative support within an organisation, involving liaising with various internal stakeholders and departments.
  • Demonstrated passion for the improvement of employee and client experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with well-developed interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a regulated environment with the ability to work unsupervised.
  • Strong computer literacy and IT competency.
  • Sound judgement and decision-making skills.
