About the Role

As a Bar and Gaming Attendant, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service across our bar and gaming areas. You’ll create a welcoming atmosphere for our patrons, ensuring their experience is enjoyable, safe, and memorable.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve beverages efficiently and responsibly while maintaining a high standard of customer service
• Operate the gaming room in line with all compliance and regulatory requirements
• Handle cash and EFTPOS transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards across all service areas
• Assist with restocking, opening and closing duties, and general venue support

About You

• Experience in bar, gaming, and cash handling duties.
• Outstanding customer service skills with a positive, can-do attitude.
• A current RSA and RSG certification.
• Availability to work hospitality hours - 7-day rotating roster with weekend work.
