What You’ll Do:

• Lead with Impact: Oversee daily operations across our vibrant bar, bustling restaurant, and welcoming accommodation, ensuring every detail is perfect.
• Inspire Your Team: Motivate, mentor, and develop our passionate staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Elevate Guest Experiences: Be the go-to person for our guests, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and making sure every visit is memorable.
• Drive Success: Manage staffing, scheduling, and inventory, while keeping an eye on budgets and ensuring we’re always operating efficiently.
• Champion Safety and Compliance: Ensure we meet all health, safety, and licensing regulations, keeping our team and guests safe.

What We’re Looking For:

• A proven leader with experience in hospitality management.
• Current QLD RSA, RSG, RMLV, Approved Managers & CLO, or ability to obtain.
• Someone with a positive attitude who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• A team player who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest service.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to solve problems on the go.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Knowledge of hospitality regulations and financial management.
