About the Role

We are seeking a Digital Systems & Data Administration Support Officer who provides administrative and coordination support to the Digital Systems & Data Team. The role supports system documentation, governance processes, and the coordination of meetings, actions, and communications to enable the effective delivery of digital systems and data initiatives across the organisation.

This is a full-time position, working 38 hours per week between Monday to Friday.

What we’re looking for

The successful applicants will be required to meet the following criteria:

  • Certificate or diploma in business administration, or equivalent experience in an administrative support role.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate documentation and track multiple tasks.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide administrative support, including meeting coordination, minute-taking, and follow-up of actions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Basic understanding of digital systems and willingness to learn about system workflows and governance processes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
