About the Role
We are seeking a Business & Reporting Analyst to deliver high-quality data analysis, reporting and insights that support organisational decision-making, service delivery and compliance.
The Business & Reporting Analyst supports evidence-informed decision-making across the organisation by strengthening Ruah’s data, reporting and system capability. The role delivers accurate, timely and accessible data insights that support service delivery, funding, compliance and continuous improvement.
This is a full-time permanent position.
What we’re looking for
The successful applicants will be required to meet the following criteria:
- Experience in data analysis, reporting and dashboard development
- Proficiency in SQL, Power BI and Excel
- Experience with Salesforce/Lumary is preferred but not essential
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently
- Strong communication skills for non-technical audiences
- Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams
- Alignment with Ruah’s values

- A salary aligned with Level 4 of the Ruah Enterprise Agreement (and the SCHADS Award), starting at $88,372.
