The Opportunity:
This is a business-focused office coordination role with a strong emphasis on high-level administration, organisation and cross‑functional support. You’ll provide essential operational and administrative support across project documentation, events and office coordination, while also contributing to a professional, welcoming and well‑run office environment. Ideal for an experienced administrator who has a great eye for detail, enjoys variety and takes pride in creating a great experience for people in the workplace.
- Business Support: Provide high level cross-functional administrative support, including document formatting for project delivery
- Client and Visitor Engagement: Manage client and visitor access and enquiries, supporting smooth daily office operations.
- Workplace Experience: Identify and implement improvements to optimise the office environment and employee experience.
- Budget Management: Work within a clear budget for office supplies and other amenities
- Event Coordination: Plan, organise, and manage workplace events, aligning with company-wide initiatives and local office activities.
- Internal Communication: Contribute to the internal communication channel by sharing updates and key information with the wider business.
- Health, Safety, and Environment Administration Support: Assist the HSSE team in maintaining the company’s Integrated Management System (IMS).
- Office Coordination: Manage office supplies, mail/courier services, and basic facilities management tasks.

What you bring:
- Business Support Experience: Proven experience in a fast-paced office or administrative role, confidently managing competing priorities and supporting a broad range of stakeholders.
- Digital Agility: Comfortable learning new systems and technology, with the ability to quickly adapt to digital tools and evolving ways of working.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships across all levels of the business.
- Collaborative Approach: A team-oriented mindset with the confidence to work independently, influence others and contribute positively across functions.
