The Opportunity: 

  • Join a dynamic team evolving to meet the growth strategy of the business
  • Collaborate with Project Managers throughout the Project Lifecycle with project set-ups, invoicing, reporting and close outs in our ERP system
  • As ERP super user collaborate with Project Managers in all aspects of project commerciality, including upholding data integrity throughout the project life cycle
  • Provide training to team members in the use of ERP 
  • Assist in documenting and communicating operational policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with the Finance Team and troubleshoot ad hoc queries
  • Have variety in your day by working across multiple markets and clients

What you bring:

We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude who can take ownership of tasks, prioritise and work in a fast paced environment where no two days are the same. You will enjoy working autonomously whilst still being part of a national team.

Some of your experience will include:

  • 3+ years’ experience in project finance
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proficient MS Excel knowledge + MS Office suite
  • Previous ERP system experience highly regarded
  • You have an eye for detail, enjoy problem solving and coming up with process improvement and efficiencies.
