An Analytical Associate will:
- Performs physical, chemical or bioanalytical characterization of finished product or raw material test samples
- Associate applies various chemistry techniques and scientific methods to characterize test materials to enable P&G experimental objectives
- Technical deliverables include, but are not limited to: basic bench chemistry techniques
- Receives and follow instructions on assignment objectives with accuracy and great attention to detail
- Spends the largest percentage of time in the laboratory
- Associate analysts must use their analytical skills to understand how the collected data can affect business decisions, then prepare reports that detail findings and recommend solutions
- Ability to analyze and document various different types of data
Experience:
- Strong math skills, attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong Excel skills
- Attention to detail, especially in capturing observations during experiments
Nice to Haves:
- Written analytical reports
- Experience using Nexus (laboratory electronic notebook and test request system)
- Experience using JMP statistical software
