The Responsible Beauty Supplier Engagement Leader will play a critical role in Responsible Beauty, which is P&G Beauty’s commitment to be a positive force for beauty in the world. The RB SEL will be responsible for leading supplier engagement and supporting supplier on-boarding into a supply chain transparency platform during Beauty Campaigns to enable collection of “supplier of supplier” data and mapping material supply chains back to their origin. This includes creating and delivering supplier and buyer engagement content like emails, FAQs, training decks, etc., leading supplier and buyer webinars, and acting as the Beauty Purchases leader on the transparency internal and external teams.
The RB SEL will be responsible for leading EcoVadis campaigns with Beauty suppliers in partnership with EcoVadis. This includes creating and delivering supplier and buyer engagement content like emails, FAQs, training decks, etc., leading supplier and buyer webinars, and acting as the Beauty Purchases leader on the EcoVadis internal and external teams. Supplier engagement in EcoVadis should align with the overall supplier engagement strategy.
The RB SEL will be responsible for working with Buyers of Beauty’s Priority Materials to execute the responsible sourcing strategy for those materials.
Prior P&G work experience a plus.
Working knowledge of Ambition 2030, Supplier Citizenship, and Responsible Beauty. Direct experience in a Sustainability, Citizenship, and/or Responsible Beauty role/initiative is a plus.
Experience with and affinity for project/program management; ability to organize and coordinate many details and stakeholders to deliver objectives on a timeline.
Strong written and oral communication skills, and experience delivering trainings and presentations
Experience partnering externally with suppliers. Experience working with NGOs is a plus.
