About Us:

Welcome to The Perth Mint, where golden career opportunities await.

The Perth Mint is an iconic Western Australian organisation operating on a truly global scale. Situated in East Perth for over 125 years, The Perth Mint is a premier tourist destination, an award-winning exporter, and a key supplier of precious metals to markets throughout the world.

There’s no organisation quite like it, with a variety of roles available, from engineers and chemists to artists and technicians.

Foster your fascination and pride in our work. Get inspired every day by the world-class precious metal products we work together to refine, design, produce and then distribute all over the globe. Connect to the rich history of our industry in a workplace firmly rooted in the present — as leaders in sustainability and inclusion.

At The Perth Mint, you’ll be supported in a diverse team where differences are celebrated and your well-being matters — striking the right work-life balance with compassionate team benefits. And if your career goals change, you’ll be empowered to change roles with training and internal mobility.

We value inclusion and welcome applicants from all backgrounds, including First Nations people, people with disability, LGBTQI+ communities, culturally diverse groups, youth, and seniors. If you need accommodations, please contact recruitment@perthmint.com.

The Opportunity:

This is your chance to step into a role that’s all about people, progress, and purpose. Based in East Perth, you’ll report into our Manager Organisational Change and will work at the heart of transformation.

You’ll be the steady hand that keeps everyone aligned, the clear voice that makes complex ideas simple, and the trusted partner who ensures transitions feel smooth and meaningful. In this role, you’re not just managing change, you’re shaping how people experience it. You’ll bring clarity where there’s uncertainty, confidence where there’s hesitation, and connection where there might otherwise be gaps.

Every project you touch will shape the way our organisation moves forward. From developing strategies and communications to supporting training and adoption, you’ll be the one making sure change doesn’t just happen - it sticks, and it lasts.

About You:

You’re someone who understands that change is personal. You know it’s not just about rolling out a plan, but about listening, adapting, and helping people feel confident in the journey ahead.

You’ve built your career on a strong foundation, with a bachelor’s degree in business or a related discipline, and you’ve proven yourself in roles where change wasn’t just a buzzword, but reality. You’ve led and supported transformational projects, including organisation design, and you know what it takes to bring people along on that journey.

Your experience has taught you that successful change is as much about people as it is about process. You’ve worked across diverse teams, influenced outcomes, and delivered results that last. If you’ve had exposure to government communications, that’s a bonus - but what matters most is your ability to connect, inspire, and deliver with clarity and care.

You’re collaborative by nature, confident under pressure, and agile in your communication style. You notice the details others miss, and you bring both skill and empathy to every initiative. Most importantly, you want to be part of something bigger - a workplace that values integrity, innovation, and impact, where your contribution helps shape the future while honouring a proud legacy.
