The Opportunity:
We’re looking for an Operator Refinery to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis, with an immediate start available. Based at our Refinery site near the Perth Airport, this role is an important part of our operational team and supports the day-to-day processing of materials within the refinery.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a structured environment, following clear processes, and contributing to high quality outcomes. You’ll be working alongside experienced operators, playing a key role in ensuring operations run safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
About You:
You’re reliable, safety focused, and comfortable working in an industrial or manufacturing environment. You take pride in your work, manage your time well, and understand the importance of consistency, accuracy, and teamwork.
Ideally, you’ll have previous experience as an operator in mining, manufacturing, or a similar setting, but we’re equally open to someone with the right attitude and a strong willingness to learn. You communicate clearly, work collaboratively, and are comfortable with repetitive tasks and rotating shifts.
If you’re looking for a stable, full-time role where your contribution matters and where safety, quality, and teamwork are genuinely valued, we’d love to hear from you.
