We are currently looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Safety Business Partner to join our WHS Team.
What you'll do:
- Provide expert WHS advice and support across Perth Airport business units and projects
- Develop, implement and maintain WHS systems, policies and procedures in line with legislation
- Lead and support risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety planning initiatives
- Deliver WHS training and mentoring to internal teams and external stakeholders
- Conduct audits, inspections and assurance activities to monitor safety performance
- Collaborate with contractors to ensure safe delivery of works and compliance with WHS standards
- Analyse WHS data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement
- Facilitate WHS meetings and contribute to strategic safety initiatives
About you:
- Tertiary qualified in WHS with 5 or more years experience in complex operational environments
- Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and risk management practices
- Qualified in conducting complex ICAM and Taproot investigations
- Formal training and assessment qualifications (desirable)
- Confident communicator who builds trust and collaborates effectively across diverse teams
- Proactive, adaptable and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Committed to achieving results with integrity and a passion for safety leadership
- Experienced in developing and delivering WHS training and inductions
