At Pacific National, we take great pride in delivering our best every day and have a relentless focus on customer service and place safety above all else.

The Team Administration Assistant provides efficient and professional administrative support to the Bulk Operations team. This role ensures smooth delivery of administrative services, contributing to effective operations. •  Provide high quality administration support and services to the team.
  • Assist with the day-to-day general operations of the offices/depots.
  • Support procurement, invoice processing, travel expense reconciliation, and the expense management process.
  • Coordinate and maintain the document and data control process including databases and registers related to the operations in the region.
  • Arrange functions and meetings, including invitations, venue bookings, equipment hire, and catering requirements.

You will always be a step ahead ready to deploy your contingency plan should it be needed. As a natural communicator you will quickly develop rapport with your team and give them the confidence that you will deliver and meet deadlines. An ability to adapt your style will be important as you will have touchpoints across all levels of the organisation. Finally, you will be down to earth and always willing to roll up your sleeves.

In additional you will need:

  • Current drivers’ licence
  • Proven experience providing team administration support, ideally in an operations environment.
