This is a fantastic opportunity to work on large-scale implementations, collaborate with Lead System Architects (CLSAs), and make your mark on innovative projects, including within the State Government sector.

What You’ll Do

• Design and develop complex workflows, case management solutions, and integrations within the Pega platform.
• Collaborate with CLSAs and cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-level Pega implementations.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with client requirements and best practices.
• Contribute technical expertise and guidance throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Work on high-visibility projects, including State Government initiatives, ensuring robust delivery of critical systems.

Skills and Experience required:

• Certified Pega CSSA accreditation (mandatory)
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Pega development experience
• Proven expertise in implementing complex Pega workflows and case management solutions
• Strong collaboration skills with CLSAs and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering high-quality technical solutions
• Bonus: Experience with Oracle integrations
• Bonus: Background working on State Government projects
