Retail Credit Analyst - Flexible RosterHybrid

Your opportunity…

This is an exciting opportunity, following a systems upgrade which has opened multiple roles for autonomous and experienced Retail Credit Analysts. Make a major impact for our business and provide Retail Credit Underwriting services to our dealers while also managing credit risk and maintaining/enhancing Nissan Financial Services portfolio quality. You’ll be responsible for efficiently assessing and processing credit applications submitted by the Nissan Financial Services dealer network.

We have multiple positions available. These include full-time and part-time opportunities, with weekend availability highly desired/required. We also have a variety of shift patterns available to suit your lifestyle.

As the successful candidate, your key responsibilities would be to:

• Assess, evaluate and process consumer and business credit applications
• Develop and maintain positive external relationships with dealership Business Managers and other staff
• Develop and maintain positive internal relationships with Sales and other internal departments
• Manage underwriting credit risk through appropriate quality standards of assessment      

You will bring to this role…

• Tertiary qualifications with demonstrated experience in retail credit or similar industries
• Solid lending /credit background, applying your sound underwriting skills and techniques
• The ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for exceeding customer expectation
• The ability to build strong internal and external working relationships
• Describe yourself as a strong communicator who is able to negotiate with confidence, displaying your commercial/ business acumen
