This role is a key part of the Digitalisation Program which will deliver a digital transformation for NFSA. The program will replace these core systems - Contract Management system (CMS), Loan Origination system (LOS) and Customer Relationship management system (CRM).
- Collect and prepare prerequisite criteria (e.g. test data).
- Analyse requirements for each process and system behaviour/s.
- Create and document test cases based on requirements including identification of all test scenarios.
- Develop test scripts for automated testing purposes.
- Execute test cases (either manually or through automation) and ensure testing evidence is recorded.
- Troubleshoot, report and track defects with the software vendor and technical teams.
- Maintain and update test cases and support test reporting requirements as required.
You will bring to this role…
You’ll have demonstrated experience applying testing principles such as test phases, test reporting, test traceability, defect triage and defect management lifecycle. In addition, you’ll be proficient in producing high quality testing artefacts, including test plans, test cases, and test summaries.
- At least three (3) years testing experience undertaking unit, integration, end-to-end, multi-device testing in a large scale program, using manual and automation testing particularly in a finance domain.
- Experience working with automation testing frameworks and tools, specifically Tricentis Tosca with a minimum AS & TDS – Level 1 and 2 certifications.
- Proficient in Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Confluence, SharePoint, Microsoft Office and Visio.
- Experience with Salesforce and cloud-based technologies is highly regarded.
- Knowledge of project environments, agile and waterfall.
