Your Opportunity

As a Virtual Business Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and driving customer and dealer relationships through virtual engagement. You’ll act as a key contact between Nissan Financial Services and our Dealer Network, delivering outstanding service and business support that helps our partners achieve their sales and finance goals.

This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic and digitally enabled environment where you’ll build relationships, analyse business performance, and identify opportunities to improve outcomes across the dealer network.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Nissan Dealers and key stakeholders.
• Provide business insights, reports and recommendations to improve finance penetration and dealer performance.
• Engage virtually (via phone, video, and digital tools) to support Dealer Business Managers and their teams.
• Partner with internal teams across credit, settlements, and marketing to deliver seamless customer and dealer experiences.
• Support business initiatives, product launches, and process improvements to enhance dealer engagement.
• You will be responsible for making and receiving calls from customers and following up on leads as well as submitting applications.

 What You’ll Bring

• Experience in automotive finance, dealer support, or financial services preferred.
• Strong relationship management and communication skills.
• Ability to analyse business performance data and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Comfortable engaging virtually through digital and video channels.
