Aftersales Technical Support Specialist

Trade qualification in vehicle repair & maintenance Extensive dealership aftersales experience & technical knowledge of modern vehicle technologies.

Structured & methodical approach to diagnostic problem solving, documentation & reporting of actions & outcomes.

Track record of seeking and applying solutions where traditional methods were unable to resolve the issue.


Provision of on-site high level diagnostic assistance for escalated issues, to reduce repair times & increase customer satisfaction

Engaging directly with customers in order to reach issue conclusion including vehicle testing, operational evaluation & reporting

Support for NNZ Sales Department during new model release and internal activities


Take the lead & work collaboratively with Nissan Techline to progress technical issues seeing them from inception to resolution

Optimizing processes to ensure costs are minimized & dealer orders are fulfilled within the KPI requirements

Being the focal point for Aftersales Technical activities including direct contact from dealer staff, customers, suppliers and government agencies.

Nissan New Zealand is the importer/distributor of new Nissan vehicles & genuine parts with a long history within the market. The National team provides Sales, Service & Parts support to our Dealer Network of 41 authorised Dealers nationally.
