Your opportunity

This is a varied and fast-paced role that supports multiple operational functions across the business. You’ll be responsible for ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new stakeholders – including external Business Managers and other dealership staff.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll act as a central point of coordination, ensuring processes are completed accurately and on time. Your ability to prioritise, problem-solve, and manage time-sensitive requests will be critical to your success.

You will bring   

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy along with compliance to audit and regulated processes (where applicable)
  • Highly developed time management, organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Strong computer software skills, including MS Office products (Excel, Word), as well as exposure to team collaboration tools (e.g. SharePoint, Confluence)
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently and collaboratively
  • Prior experience in a similar business support or administrative role
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration or Business-related disciplines
