About the role

We are seeking a Sales Commercial Operations Manager to play a pivotal role in strengthening our fleet performance and presence, driving commercial discipline, and delivering actionable sales insights across the business.

Fleet is a growing priority for us. You'll be instrumental in building our fleet channel working with fleet customers, government, and corporate accounts, while keeping our sales operations tight and data-driven

This is a hands-on, commercially focused role, ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of fleet strategy, analytics, process optimisation, and stakeholder engagement, and can partner closely with internal teams and dealer networks to grow and optimise our fleet channel.

Key responsibilities

Reporting into the Sales Leadership team, this role will be responsible for:

  • Driving commercial performance through sales analysis, reporting and forecasting
  • Supporting dealer network performance through insights, data and operational support
  • Leading sales operational planning, cadence and governance processes
  • Developing and embedding sales performance frameworks, tools and reporting
  • Partnering closely with Sales, Finance, Marketing and Aftersales teams
  • Supporting pricing, incentive and campaign effectiveness analysis
  • Identifying continuous improvement opportunities across sales operations

This role is focused on execution, optimisation and commercial insight, rather than people leadership.

About you

You will bring:

  • Proven experience in sales operations, commercial operations or sales analytics
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate data into action
  • Experience working in complex, matrixed environments (automotive or adjacent industries preferred)
  • Advanced Excel and reporting capability (Power BI or similar highly regarded)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with a collaborative, pragmatic approach
  • A detail-oriented mindset with a bias for continuous improvement
