Your opportunity

• Lead the design and implementation of a global compliance framework aligned with strategic business objectives.
• Monitor and interpret global regulatory developments, translating them into actionable strategies.     
• Serve as the primary liaison with global regulatory bodies, ensuring transparent and strategic communication.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Risk, Audit, and Finance to align compliance efforts.
• Deliver high-impact compliance insights to senior leadership and the board.
• Lead and develop a high-performing compliance team.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in compliance practices and technologies – Defy Ordinary.

You will bring  

• Your strategic mindset to guide effective and timely decision making
• Deep knowledge of global regulatory frameworks and risk governance with focus on insurance and financial services industry a must.
• Results-Driven Leadership of teams and a proven ability to influence enterprise-wide culture.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage with executives, regulators, and cross-functional teams.
• An ability to navigate fast-paced environments and maintain high ethical standards.
• Experience with, and familiarity of compliance technologies and digital tools.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in senior compliance roles within financial services
