Your opportunity…

Reporting to the Vehicle Operations and Planning Manager this role is a major support role responsible for the delivery of on-time business reporting and comprehensive analysis of sales, vehicle and planning operations.

Strategic Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Utilise data-driven insights for strategic and tactical decision-making.
  • Analyse and interpret data to identify sales performance gaps and opportunities.
  • Deliver concise and structured reports meeting internal and external stakeholder deadlines.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with Sales, Vehicle Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Aftersales departments.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where effective communication and accuracy are paramount.

Operational Support and Reporting Efficiency:

  • Coordinate with Vehicle Operations/Planning for monthly Carflow creation.
  • Monitor and communicate vessel arrival delays impacting wholesale performance.
  • Aid in consolidating and submitting production orders.
  • Produce ad-hoc daily, weekly, and monthly reports to support wholesale and retail performance objectives.

You will bring to this role…

  • Expertise in planning and organizing ensures timely completion and accurate distribution of monthly reports.
  • Proficient in report creation to drive insights and support retail and wholesale objectives.
  • Effective multi-channel communication ensuring stakeholders understand reporting outcomes and associated risks.
  • Builds rapport across business units to gather crucial insights for diverse reports.
  • Meticulous attention to detail thriving in fast-paced environments in order to meet critical deadlines consistently.
  • Holds a tertiary degree with a keen interest in the automotive industry.
  • Background in data analysis, planning, or related fields.
  • Demonstrates strong analytical and computer skills, particularly in Excel, Data Warehouse, and PowerPoint.
  • Possesses a proactive attitude, comfortable with rapid changes in dynamic environments.
