The Opportunity
As the Parts Support & Alliance Account Coordinator, you will support the effective coordination of parts supply and alliance account activity, ensuring operational accuracy and timely service delivery across internal teams, dealer networks and external partners.
You will play an important role in managing correspondence, resolving dealer and stakeholder enquiries, supporting reporting requirements and assisting with purchase order and invoice processing linked to alliance warehouse and freight activity.
This is a hands-on coordination role within a fast-paced operational environment where attention to detail, strong organisation and stakeholder collaboration are critical to ensuring smooth workflow execution and consistent service performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, monitor, and ensure all dealer and stakeholder correspondence is actioned accurately and within agreed timeframes
- Support the resolution of parts and alliance-related enquiries through internal systems and phone support
- Assist with purchase order processing, invoice coordination and basic financial reporting requirements linked to warehouse and freight activity
- Maintain accurate system records and documentation to support workflow integrity and reporting accuracy
- Liaise with supply planners, 3PL warehouse providers, freight forwarders and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies or operational issues
- Collaborate with aftersales, procurement, finance and other business units to support cross-functional objectives
- Monitor operational tasks and proactively address discrepancies to maintain service levels
- Contribute to maintaining Standard Operating Procedures and supporting process improvement initiatives
About You
You are a detail-focused and organised professional who thrives in an operational coordination environment. You are comfortable managing multiple priorities, responding to enquiries and ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
You will bring:
- Experience in operations, parts support, supply chain administration or account coordination
- Strong organisational capability and high attention to detail
- Confidence communicating with dealers, suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Experience supporting reporting, purchase order or invoice processes
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment
- A proactive mindset with strong accountability for follow-through
- Automotive industry or parts experience (desirable)
