Your opportunity

We’re seeking a creative, customer-centric Digital Marketing Specialist to support the ongoing development of platforms and technologies that elevate Nissan’s digital presence and improve the customer experience for prospective and current owners.

In this role, you’ll help drive Nissan’s Digital Customer Experience strategy and play a key part in shaping how Nissan is represented across its websites, marketing platforms, and digital channels.

What you’ll be doing

  • Managing continuous improvements of systems, projects and digital platforms to increase customer insights and optimise results.
  • Analysing and optimising campaign performance using data-driven insights.
  • Delivering end-to-end digital and website initiatives across Australia & New Zealand.
  • Supporting the integration of Nissan’s eCommerce transformation within its website and other digital channels.
  • Briefing and managing partner agencies to develop best practice marketing content.
  • Overseeing reporting, budget administration and performance optimisation of Nissan’s websites and digital channels.
  • Collaborating with local, regional and global digital professionals to share knowledge and implement best practice.

What you’ll bring

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or Commerce (preferred).
  • Experience in Marketing or Digital with hands on involvement in developing and executing digital campaigns.
  • Strong project management and multitasking skills, with the ability to own projects from briefing through to execution.
  • A passion for delivering positive customer experiences and a keen eye for detail.
  • Initiative, adaptability and the ability to build strong internal and external networks.
